1. Songs on Demand
1.1. From September 1st to June 30th, we offer free on-demand song requests during the following hours:

• Monday - Thursday: 8:30 - 9:00

• Friday: 6:00 – 9:00

1.2. From July 1st to August 31st, we offer free on-demand song requests during the following hours:

• Monday - Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

1.3. Orders for free songs can be placed half an hour before the start of the program.
1.4. The free music requests and greetings system is automatically locked approximately 10 minutes before the end of the designated ordering hours. After this time, song requests and greetings are only available for a fee.

2. Paid greetings and wishes
2.1. Paid greetings and wishes are broadcast at any time chosen by the listener (all year round) after full payment has been made.
2.2. The fees for paid greetings are:

• £9.99 – for individual customers

• £19.99 – for companies, if the company name appears in the greetings

 

3. How to order paid greetings
3.1. Paid greetings can be ordered:

4. Final provisions
4.1. By placing an order, the listener accepts these regulations.
4.2. The radio station reserves the right to refuse to broadcast greetings or songs whose content is contrary to applicable law, principles of social coexistence or good practice.
