Terms and Conditions for Purchasing an Advertising Campaign – Sami Swoi Radio

1. General Provisions

  1. The purchase of an advertising package from Sami Swoi Radio constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  2. Advertising can only be purchased via the website: www.samiswoiradio.co.uk.

  3. Sami Swoi Radio does not cooperate with any other entity in the sale of advertising and accepts no responsibility for any damages resulting from purchases made elsewhere.

  4. To ensure that the advertisement has been purchased correctly, the Client should confirm that payment has been made exclusively through the website www.samiswoiradio.co.uk.


2. Types of Advertising Plans
2.1 Advertising Subscription

  1. An advertising campaign under a subscription remains valid until it is cancelled by the Client.

  2. The subscription is billed in monthly cycles. The Client may cancel the subscription at any time, and the advertisement will be broadcast until the end of the paid billing period.

  3. In the event of subscription cancellation, payments are non‑refundable.

2.2 One‑Time Plans

  1. An advertising campaign purchased under a one‑time plan is valid for 1 month.

  2. To extend the campaign, we recommend contacting us no later than 3 business days before its expiry.

  3. Otherwise, the campaign will automatically expire.


3. Fees for Recording an Advertising Spot

  1. When purchasing a subscription or a one‑time plan, a fee is charged for recording the advertising spot, in accordance with the price list available at: https://www.samiswoiradio.co.uk/pricing-plans/list.

  2. If a subscription is renewed after being suspended or terminated, and the same spot content is retained, the recording fee will be refunded after the purchase of the new subscription.

  3. If the Client provides their own advertising spot for broadcast, the recording fee will be refunded after payment for the package has been made.

  4. Technical details regarding refunds are discussed exclusively with a Sami Swoi Radio advisor – automatic refunds are not available.


4. Additional Benefits

  1. Each Client who purchases an advertising package receives, free of charge, the opportunity to present their company or brand in the advertiser directory available at: https://www.samiswoiradio.co.uk/reklamodawcy.

  2. A Sami Swoi Radio advisor is available to assist the Client at every stage of selecting and purchasing an advertising package.

  3. Please review the terms of free advisory services available in the Sami Swoi Radio offer.


5. Broadcast Conditions

  1. Advertising broadcast times are arranged individually after the package is purchased.

  2. Sami Swoi Radio reserves the right to commence broadcasting the advertisement within 3 business days of receiving the order.

  3. A subscription may be cancelled at any time without additional charges.
